Preparation
- Place 2 cups cooked chicken on a cutting board and shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
- Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash until mostly smooth, leaving a few small chunks for texture.
- Stir the Greek yogurt or mayo into the mashed avocado. Add lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold the chicken into the avocado-dressing until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust: Add more lime, salt, or pepper if needed.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf and roll or fold for serving.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes if you want it cold.

Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped celery or apple. Store leftover chicken salad without lettuce in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Avoid storing assembled wraps as the lettuce will wilt. Revive chilled leftovers with a quick stir and a splash of lime or a little extra yogurt if needed.
