- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir until well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
