  • 4 cups Krispie cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use creamy for best results
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Krispie cereal, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir until well combined.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
