Ingredients

For the pizza
  • 1 unit Pizza Crust (shelf stable)
  • 1 21-ounce can Apple Pie Filling
For the crumble topping
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour Can use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar Coconut sugar can be used for a less processed alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter (cold) Ensure it's cold for the best texture.
For the icing
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

Preparation
  1. If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat to 350℉.
  2. Take your pizza crust and place it on a cutting board, pizza peel, or a large plate.
  3. Evenly spread the apple pie filling over the crust, making sure to leave the outer edges untouched.
Crumble Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats to create your crumble topping.
  2. Cut in the cold butter using a butter knife or a pastry cutter until the mixture forms clumps.
Baking
  1. Carefully slide the prepared pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 20-25 minutes. It's done when the topping looks golden and no longer dry.
  2. While the pizza is baking, prepare the icing by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Once baked, let the pizza cool slightly, then drizzle with the icing and slice to serve.
