Preparation
- If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat to 350℉.
- Take your pizza crust and place it on a cutting board, pizza peel, or a large plate.
- Evenly spread the apple pie filling over the crust, making sure to leave the outer edges untouched.
Crumble Topping
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats to create your crumble topping.
- Cut in the cold butter using a butter knife or a pastry cutter until the mixture forms clumps.
Baking
- Carefully slide the prepared pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 20-25 minutes. It's done when the topping looks golden and no longer dry.
- While the pizza is baking, prepare the icing by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Once baked, let the pizza cool slightly, then drizzle with the icing and slice to serve.
