Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.
- Add the cubed cinnamon bread, chopped apples, and raisins if desired. Gently fold the mixture until the bread is thoroughly soaked.
- Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding has set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. For storage, coolant bread pudding can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
