Preparation

- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended; be careful not to over-mix!
- Fold in your chopped apples and pecans gently.
Baking
- Pour your batter into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Allow the cake to cool for a bit before slicing and serving.
