Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending until just combined.
  6. Carefully fold in the chopped apples and pecans, ensuring even distribution.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, smoothing it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
