- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and spray a large oven dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the instructions on the packet.
- While the pasta is cooking, sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the ground beef and cook until done.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.
- Add the cooked meat, condensed tomato and mushroom soups, and milk to the pasta. Stir to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared oven dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dried parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Amish Country Casserole!
Notes
For a variation, you can add shredded cheese on top before baking for extra indulgence. This casserole is great for meal prep and leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
