Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Peel and dice the apples and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In a larger bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated sugar until light and airy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter-sugar mixture, then gradually mix in the milk and vanilla, scraping down the sides for consistency.
Mixing
  1. Slowly blend the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  2. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the diced apples and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Layer the remaining batter on top, followed by the remaining apples and cinnamon-sugar.

  1. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

  2. Drizzle over the cooled loaf, slice, and serve.
