Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Glazing
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over the cooled bread.
- Slice and enjoy!
