Method
Marinating the Steak
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the sliced steak and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Preparing the Air Fryer
- Line the air fryer basket with foil.
- Place sliced peppers and onions in the basket. Spray lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Vegetables
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Cooking the Steak
- Add the marinated steak on top of the cooked vegetables and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Serving
- Serve the cooked steak and veggies on warm tortillas, topped with cheese, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
