  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Rub the steak with olive oil, then generously season it with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through at the 6-minute mark.
  2. While it cooks, combine the softened butter, garlic, and your choice of fresh herbs in a small mixing bowl.
Final Touch
  1. Once your steak is finished cooking, remove it and let it rest on a plate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Finish by slathering that delectable garlic butter over the top, and it’s ready to serve!
