Preparation
- Wash and optionally peel the potatoes. Skins can be left on for texture.
- Slice potatoes 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the slices with 2 tablespoons olive oil and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 380–400°F (193–204°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
- Cook at 380°F for 12–15 minutes for thin slices, or 15–20 minutes for thicker ones, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, transfer to a plate, season with a pinch of salt if needed, and serve hot.

Notes
