Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into uniform sticks, about 1/2-inch thick and 2-3 inches long.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 2 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the carrot sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  2. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Optional: Add 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra flavor boost.
