Ingredients
  

For the Ribeye Steak
  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks (16 ounces each) Choose steaks with good marbling for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Lightly coat the steaks before seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
For the Blue Cheese Butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Melt in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled Can substitute with feta or goat cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and blue cheese together for about 30 seconds. Stir until well combined and refrigerate while the steak is cooking.
  2. Lightly coat each steak with olive oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on your preference for doneness. Aim for an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
Resting and Serving
  1. Once the steaks are done, allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  2. Top each steak with a spoonful of the prepared blue cheese butter.

Notes
