Cooking
- Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on your preference for doneness. Aim for an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
Resting and Serving
- Once the steaks are done, allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Top each steak with a spoonful of the prepared blue cheese butter.
