  • 1 tablespoon olive oil To rub the steaks.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Garlic Herb Butter Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme, parsley) Feel free to customize with your favorite herbs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil and season them generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully place the steaks in the preheated air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through at around the 6-minute mark.
  2. While the steaks are cooking, combine the softened butter, chopped garlic, and fresh herbs in a small bowl.
Serving
  1. Once the cooking time is complete, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest on a plate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Slather the herbed garlic butter generously on top of the rested steaks and serve.
