Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil and season them generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully place the steaks in the preheated air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through at around the 6-minute mark.
- While the steaks are cooking, combine the softened butter, chopped garlic, and fresh herbs in a small bowl.
Serving
- Once the cooking time is complete, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest on a plate for about 10 minutes.
- Slather the herbed garlic butter generously on top of the rested steaks and serve.
