Ingredients
  

  • Small pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into ½-inch thick wedges
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place the pineapple slices in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, pure maple syrup, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the pineapple slices and toss to coat well.
  • Arrange the pineapple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer). Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden brown and caramelized. Flip each pineapple slice about halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
