  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds brightness to the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Carefully cut down the center of the lobster tail shell and gently lift out the lobster meat, resting it on top.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
  3. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the lobster tails in the air fryer basket with space between them; avoid overlapping.
  2. Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes, until the lobster meat turns opaque and firm.
  3. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
Finishing Touch
  1. Let the lobster tails sit for a few minutes after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and drizzle any remaining garlic butter right before serving.
