- Arrange the lobster tails in the air fryer basket with space between them; avoid overlapping.
- Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes, until the lobster meat turns opaque and firm.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
Finishing Touch
- Let the lobster tails sit for a few minutes after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and drizzle any remaining garlic butter right before serving.
