- Wash and cut the potatoes into small, even cubes. Toss them in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Cut the strip steaks into 1-inch cubes and toss these steak bites in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them and add the steak bites to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes for medium doneness.
Making Garlic Butter
- While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley.
Assembly and Serving
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the hot steak cubes and serve them over the crispy potatoes.
