Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 3 large potatoes, washed and cubed
  • Olive oil For tossing
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley Seasonings to taste
For the Steak Bites
  • 2 pieces strip steaks (about 10 ounces each), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Olive oil For tossing
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning) Seasonings to taste
For the Garlic Butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into small, even cubes. Toss them in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
  2. Cut the strip steaks into 1-inch cubes and toss these steak bites in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
  2. Once the potatoes are done, remove them and add the steak bites to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes for medium doneness.
Making Garlic Butter
  1. While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley.
Assembly and Serving
  1. Drizzle the garlic butter over the hot steak cubes and serve them over the crispy potatoes.
