Preparation

- Fill each ramekin with about 2 tablespoons of water.
- Crack an egg into each ramekin, keeping the yolk intact.
- Cover each ramekin tightly with aluminum foil.
Cooking
- Air fry the covered ramekins at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve by gently lifting the eggs from the ramekins.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
