  • 2 large large eggs
  • Water For filling the ramekins
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil For greasing the ramekins
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the ramekins by lightly spraying them with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Fill each ramekin with about 2 tablespoons of water.
  4. Crack an egg into each ramekin, keeping the yolk intact.
  5. Cover each ramekin tightly with aluminum foil.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the covered ramekins at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
  2. Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
  3. Serve by gently lifting the eggs from the ramekins.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
