  • 2 large large eggs Use fresh eggs for best taste and texture.
  • 2 tablespoons water Fill each ramekin with water to help cook the eggs.
  • 1 tablespoon cooking spray or oil Prevents sticking to the ramekins.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the ramekins with cooking spray or oil.
  • Fill each ramekin with about 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Crack an egg into each ramekin, keeping the yolk intact.
  • Cover each ramekin tightly with aluminum foil.

Cooking

  • Air fry the covered ramekins at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
  • Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.

Serving

  • Gently lift the eggs from the ramekins and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with toast, avocado, fresh fruit, or as a quick snack.

Notes

Add herbs or hot sauce for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer.
