Ingredients
  

Dry Rub Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder more if you like spicy
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke fantastic on ribs!
Main Ingredient
  • 1 rack baby back ribs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix your spices, liquid smoke, and olive oil.
  2. Rub it all over the ribs, covering them well.
  3. Cut the ribs to fit your air fryer, if necessary.
Cooking
  1. Place the ribs into the air fryer.
  2. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes, use a meat thermometer to check if the ribs are fully cooked. If not, add a few more minutes until the internal temperature shows they are done.
  4. Plate, serve, and enjoy! (Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for a few minutes to set the glaze.)
