Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to the lowest temperature available.
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Remove the stems using a sharp knife or a strawberry huller.
- Slice the strawberries into thin, uniform pieces, around 1/8 of an inch thick.
- Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Cooking
- Arrange the slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 170-200°F for one hour, flipping them over halfway through.
- They’re done when they achieve a leather-like texture and are slightly crispy.
- Cool completely before storing.

Notes
