Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to the lowest temperature available.
  2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Remove the stems using a sharp knife or a strawberry huller.
  4. Slice the strawberries into thin, uniform pieces, around 1/8 of an inch thick.
  5. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 170-200°F for one hour, flipping them over halfway through.
  3. They’re done when they achieve a leather-like texture and are slightly crispy.
  4. Cool completely before storing.
