  • 1 can chickpeas Rinsed and thoroughly dried
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil Olive, avocado, or your favorite oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • to taste salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and thoroughly dry the can of chickpeas. Ensure no water remains since dryness is key for that extra crunch!
  2. Toss the dried chickpeas in a bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of your chosen oil and seasonings. Make sure they're evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket, spreading them out for even cooking.
  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket about halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
  3. Once done, enjoy your crunchy snack straight out of the fryer or allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving!
