- Toss the dried chickpeas in a bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of your chosen oil and seasonings. Make sure they're evenly coated.
Cooking
- Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket, spreading them out for even cooking.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket about halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
- Once done, enjoy your crunchy snack straight out of the fryer or allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving!
