  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then place them in a medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the baking powder and all the spices for the dry rub.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F and let it preheat for 2–5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with the oil spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer with space between them.
  • Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping the wings after 10 minutes. Cook for another 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Ensure wings are dry before seasoning for maximum crispiness. Don't overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed. Experiment with spices and sauces for alternative flavors.
