Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice Use leftover rice for better texture.
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken You can use leftover chicken.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) Frozen mixed vegetables can be used.
  • 2 whole beaten eggs Scrambled before adding.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Add more for additional flavor.
  • 1 whole chopped green onion For garnish and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, diced chicken, mixed vegetables, and chopped green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, scramble the beaten eggs. Add them to the rice mixture along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Once done, serve it warm and enjoy your delightful homemade meal!

Notes
