  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rotisserie chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Red Top Adobo seasoning

Preparation
  1. First, remove the chicken breasts from the packaging and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and all the spices until well blended.
  3. Using a brush or spoon, coat each piece of chicken thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring all sides are well-covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and cook for 7 minutes.
  2. After 7 minutes, carefully flip each chicken breast and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
