Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure to season the chicken well for the best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Always check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it is fully cooked.
