Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces flour tortillas Any size that fits in your air fryer
  • 2 tbsp softened butter Salted or unsalted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with parmesan, cheddar, or Monterey Jack
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a generous layer of softened butter over both flour tortillas, covering all the way to the edges.
  2. Top each buttered tortilla with a layer of shredded cheese.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the cheese.
  4. Carefully stack the two cheese-loaded tortillas on top of each other.
  5. Place the stacked tortillas into a preheated air fryer at 375°F (190°C) and air fry for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cheese is deep golden brown and the edges are crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let rest for a minute, then slice into individual servings.
