  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Feel free to experiment with cheese types.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional for a smoky kick)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, and seasonings. Toss until the florets are nicely coated.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the seasoned cauliflower into the air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
  2. Air fry for about 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. When golden, sprinkle cheese over the top and air fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the air fryer, add a sprinkle of fresh parsley, and serve hot.
