- In a large bowl, place your chicken wings. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the top and toss well to ensure they’re evenly coated. Set the bowl aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and crushed peppercorn. Give it a good mix.
- Take each oiled chicken wing and dip it into the flour mixture until completely coated. Once done, lay the wings in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Once preheated, cook the chicken wings for about 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (82°C) with a meat thermometer.
