  • 1 piece red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 piece onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Used for marinating.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin Adds an earthy flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef strips with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss in the bell peppers and onion, mixing everything thoroughly to ensure that the flavors coat all the ingredients.
  2. Let this marinate for 15-20 minutes while you prepare the air fryer.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Once heated, add the marinated beef and vegetables to the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, giving the basket a good shake or stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Warm your tortillas in a microwave or skillet.
  2. Plate the fajitas and serve them with fresh lime, cilantro, and your favorite salsa for an added burst of flavor.
