Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (189°C) for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper to create your seasoning mix.
- Pat the roast dry using paper towels.
- Coat the roast with olive oil, making sure it’s evenly covered.
- Rub the seasoning mix all over the roast.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned roast in the fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then carefully flip the roast.
- Reduce temperature to 360°F (182°C) and cook for an additional 20 minutes for rare or 30+ minutes for medium-rare to well-done, checking with a meat thermometer.
- Aim for 130°F (54°C) for rare or 140°F (60°C) for medium.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 15 minutes covered with foil.
- Slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes
