Ingredients
  

For the roast
  • 2 lb Beef Roast Choose beef chuck roast for best results.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For coating the roast.
For the seasoning
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Parsley Dried or fresh.
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (189°C) for 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper to create your seasoning mix.
  3. Pat the roast dry using paper towels.
  4. Coat the roast with olive oil, making sure it’s evenly covered.
  5. Rub the seasoning mix all over the roast.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned roast in the fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 15 minutes, then carefully flip the roast.
  3. Reduce temperature to 360°F (182°C) and cook for an additional 20 minutes for rare or 30+ minutes for medium-rare to well-done, checking with a meat thermometer.
  4. Aim for 130°F (54°C) for rare or 140°F (60°C) for medium.
  5. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 15 minutes covered with foil.
  6. Slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes
