Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cubed chicken, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Make sure every piece is coated well.
  2. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer until they’re nicely packed.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Set half of this sauce aside for later.
  4. Brush half of the sauce over the chicken skewers until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers in your air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for about 11-12 minutes. Flip them halfway to ensure even cooking. The goal is for the chicken to reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the skewers to a plate and drizzle or brush with the reserved sauce. Serve them hot and enjoy!
