  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Whole-wheat breadcrumbs can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Substitute gluten-free flour if avoiding gluten.
  • 1 piece egg Beaten for coating.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce Alternatively, swap with barbecue or teriyaki sauce.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the coated chicken to the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken hot, drizzling the sauce over it or offering it on the side.
