Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
- Transfer the coated chicken to the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation
- In a separate bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Serving
- Serve the chicken hot, drizzling the sauce over it or offering it on the side.
Notes
Got leftovers? Store uneaten chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop it back into the air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes.
