  • 4 medium medium russet potatoes Choose evenly sized for uniform cooking.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For crispiness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the potatoes under cold water, scrubbing away any dirt. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Evenly coat each potato with olive oil for crisp skins.
  4. Generously sprinkle them with sea salt and black pepper for added flavor.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure there’s enough space for airflow.
  2. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through. They’re done when you can easily pierce them with a fork.
  3. Remove them from the fryer and let them cool for a few moments. Slice open, fluff the insides, and load them with your favorite toppings!

Notes
