Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the potatoes under cold water, scrubbing away any dirt. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- Evenly coat each potato with olive oil for crisp skins.
- Generously sprinkle them with sea salt and black pepper for added flavor.
Cooking
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure there’s enough space for airflow.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through. They’re done when you can easily pierce them with a fork.
- Remove them from the fryer and let them cool for a few moments. Slice open, fluff the insides, and load them with your favorite toppings!

Notes
