Preparation
- Crush the Oreos using a food processor or by placing them in a sealable bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melting and Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated, then return them to the parchment paper.
Chilling
- Refrigerate the coated Oreo balls for at least one hour to allow the chocolate to set.
