  • 1 box cake mix (15 ounces), vanilla, yellow, or white flavor
  • 1 can lemon-lime soda (12 ounces)
  • 1 bag frozen fruit (21 ounces)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray your 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Open the bag of frozen fruit and spread it out evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the entire box of cake mix evenly over the top of the fruit.
  4. Slowly pour the lemon-lime soda over the cake mix. Some dry spots will remain, but try to cover as much as possible.
Baking
  1. Bake for one hour or until the cake is cooked through and the fruit has become bubbly around the edges.
  2. Once removed from the oven, let it cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping for an extra treat!
