- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with good-quality parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, marjoram, salt-free seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Gradually add the water to the dry mixture, stirring until well combined. Test the batter's consistency by pouring a teaspoon onto the parchment paper – it should hold its shape without being too thick. Adjust with more water if necessary.
- Use a teaspoon to drop circles of batter onto the baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the tops feel firm.
- Carefully peel the parchment away and flip the crackers over, baking for an additional 5 minutes or until both sides are crispy.
