For the Rolls
  • 2 cups self-rising flour Use a good quality self-rising flour.
  • 1.5 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt For best texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until it forms a dough.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the rolls are puffed up.
  2. If desired, brush warm rolls with melted butter for that soft, glossy finish.
