Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until it forms a dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the rolls are puffed up.
- If desired, brush warm rolls with melted butter for that soft, glossy finish.
