  • 2 cups self-rising flour Ensure it's self-rising flour.
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt Opt for full-fat for the best results.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 1-2 minutes until it’s smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll them into balls.
  5. Place the dough balls in the prepared baking dish, then bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and puffed.
  6. For an extra touch, brush the warm rolls with melted butter for a soft, glossy finish.
