Snickers Poke Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box (15 oz) devil’s food cake mix (plus the ingredients needed to make the cake: eggs, oil, and water)
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 3 Snickers candy bars, chopped
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate and caramel syrup for drizzling on top of the finished cake
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cake: Follow the directions on the box to prepare and bake the devil’s food cake mix.
- Poke: Once the cake is finished baking, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over it.
- Top with Caramel: While the cake is still warm, pour the caramel sauce over the top of it. Spread the caramel in an even layer, ensuring it seeps into the holes you’ve made. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Finish the Cake: Once the cake has cooled, spread the thawed whipped topping over the caramel layer. Scatter the chopped Snickers bars over the whipped topping. Finally, drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup over the top of the cake.
- Serve: Slice and serve the cake, enjoying the delicious combination of chocolate, caramel, and Snickers candy bars!
