  • 1-2 teaspoons kirsch (optional)

  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) heavy cream

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:



  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add butter and cream/buttermilk until dough comes together.
