These sweet raspberry biscuits are only 5 simple ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to make! Covered with a layer of vanilla, preferably served warm.

In all honesty, this recipe came after we returned to Utah from North Carolina. I craved Bobby Biscuits (shouted to Bojangles), but there’s nowhere in this case to get them.

I ran to the store, picked up a fresh basket of berries, crossed my fingers to be able to make the magic of the kitchen and recreate the biscuits that melted in your mouth.

The good news is, I did. They don’t taste the same as the version of Poppy, but they’re close to it. The eleven-year-old told me they were better. The berries add a punch of flavor and it all ends with a sweet vanilla glass.
