RECIPE :
White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 packet of golden Oreos
- 16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 3 cups of milk
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- Good white chocolate for grating on top
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a food processor, reduce the Oreos to crumbs.
- Transfer the Oreos to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, and half of the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture over the Oreo crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding until thickened.
- Pour a layer of cream cheese over the crust.
- Allow it to cool for at least 6 minutes.
- Garnish with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
- Cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
