White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna

RECIPE :

White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of golden Oreos
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • Good white chocolate for grating on top
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a food processor, reduce the Oreos to crumbs.
  2. Transfer the Oreos to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, and half of the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture over the Oreo crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding until thickened.
  5. Pour a layer of cream cheese over the crust.
  6. Allow it to cool for at least 6 minutes.
  7. Garnish with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
  8. Cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
