Today I wanted to do something different and easy for dinner, although they are usually preferred for breakfast, these pancakes came to my mind.
I don’t have a lot of experience when it comes to making flour recipes, but with the guidance of my husband, who loves to make flour recipes, I was able to make myself a whole plate of mini banana pancakes. 😀

Ingredients:
- 8 Tablespoons of flour
- 5 tablespoons of Milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 small / medium banana
- 1 whole egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions:
- First prepare all the ingredients. The banana should have a creamy consistency that can blend well with the other ingredients. I use a fork to mash it to the desired consistency.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. I started with the eggs, then the flour, the baking powder, the sugar, the banana and finally the milk.
- Mix all the ingredients well until they form a uniform mixture.
- Heat the Skillet on the Stove
- With a spoon start putting the pancake mixture in a circular shape.
- When they start to foam, it’s time to gently turn the pancake so that it cooks on the other side.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the mixture is finished.
- Serve on a plate, you can add honey or liquid chocolate on the pancakes and enjoy!
