(1 ½) lb of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, and then cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white sugar
(1) pinch white pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp chopped green onion
(1) clove garlic, minced
(6) peppers dried whole red chilies
(1) strip orange zest
½ cup white sugar
¼ tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp chicken broth
1 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup of soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tsp cornstarch
¼ cup of water
