Sugar Free Apple Butter Slow Cooker

* Ingredients:

° 3 lbs. Apple (I used to use Fuji)

° 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

° 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

° 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

° 1/4 cup water

* Directions :

Slices & cut up apples (I utilize this practical apple slicer to do it fast) also placing them in the bowl of your slow cooker. Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves and water, then cover and simmer for 6 hours, or until the apples are soft enough to crumble with a mashed fork. (If you are using VitaClay, this process should only take 2 hours.)
