- 1 package 3.4 oz cheesecake pudding mix
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt 6 oz each
- 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip
- 2 pounds strawberries sliced
- 3 medium bananas sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and creamy.
- Add in the cheesecake pudding mix and yogurt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In another large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, and fresh lemon juice.
- Just before serving, gently fold the strawberry and banana mixture into the chilled cheesecake mixture. Be careful not to smash the fruit and avoid overmixing.
