Ingredients

  • 1 package Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 packets brown gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  • Preparation:
    1. Place the Stove Top stuffing mix in a medium-sized bowl and add 1 cup of hot water. Allow the stuffing to sit for 5 minutes.
    2. In another medium-sized bowl, combine 1 package of brown gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water.
  • STEP 1
    3. Mix the ground beef and beaten eggs into the gravy mixture until well combined (using hands is recommended for easier mixing).
    4. Once the stuffing has soaked for 5 minutes, blend it into the ground beef mixture.
  • 5. Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray, then press the ground beef mixture into the pan.
    6. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is no longer pink inside.
  • 7. After baking, allow the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes, then invert it onto a plate.
    8. Serve with mashed potatoes and pour brown gravy into the center of the meatloaf.

Notes

This meatloaf can be served with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans, for a complete meal. Leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed for a quick and easy lunch or dinner the next day.
