Ingredients:

For the Sauce you need

Mince
Onion

FOR THE SAUCE YOU NEED
Mince

Onion

Garlic

Tomato paste

Tomato sauce

1 spoon brown sugar

Robertsons Mixed herbs

Robertsons Origanum

Chilli flakes

Curry powder

Bay leaves (optional)

Method

Fry your onions with butter/oil and garlic
Add curry powder and other spices
Add your mince and stir until well blended
Your mince will release lot of oil. You can drain it out at this point or continue

Add 2 spoons of tomato paste, cup of water and mill sure you dissolve the tomato paste

Close the lid and cook until there’s less water. Add tomato sauce. Add sugar as tomato paste has a strong sour taste.

All to simmer on medium heat for a few minutes
Remove bay leaves
